Nao Media has wanted to enter the land of content products for some time now. When I had the chance to secure the domain Sharpsburg.com from a nice gentleman, I knew I had to seize the opportunity. I sat on the domain for quite a while before knowing exactly what to do with it. I had a hunch but wasn’t quite sure. Whatever the purpose for Sharpsburg.com was to be, I felt it was only right to use the platform to exalt God. On Monday, June 22nd, 2015, Sharpsburg Voice was launched to make its mark among Peachtree City magazines and Newnan magazines as well. Our passion is to write, publish, and engage from a Christian worldview.
Sharpsburg Voice’s Mission
When conceptualizing Sharpsburg Voice I knew that I wanted the content to serve Sharpsburg, Peachtree City, and Newnan through positive stories; but digging deeper, I was led to use the magazine as an open door for the evangelizing of the gospel. The mission is to improve our readers’ quality of life through empowering stories from a Christian worldview. After visiting Sharpsburg Voice, you’ll notice that the stories span across the categories of Community, Health, Business, Sports, Homes, and Faith.
Writers at Sharpsburg Voice
We’re blessed to have excellent writers to help provide the content our community needs for spiritual and mental enrichment. I, Chris Craft, write for all the magazine sections. Our awesome Community and Homes sections writer and copy editor, Crystal Castleberry, hails from Smyrna, GA and is a graduate school student at Kennesaw State University. Nicole Walters is a Newnan-based contributor to the Faith section. This is just the beginning. Expect this writer list to grow. Think you might be our next writer?
