Yes, ladies in gentleman today is the day we’ve been waiting four years for and today we are satisfied. World Cup festivities kick off today at 4 PM EST with the opening ceremonies (yes, featuring Jennifer Lopez) and the opening match of the tournament with fan favorite Brazil playing against Croatia.
Next to the Olympics, the World Cup is the second most exciting international sports competition that has every sports fan from Alabama to Albania buzzing.
